Exhibition Timetable:

The exhibition will take place on Level 2 Clore Ballroom at the Royal Festival Hall. The exhibition hours are shown below.

Exhibition Stands:

The conference organisers will be constructing all the exhibition stands overnight and these will be ready for you to access from 09:00 on Sunday 8 September.

Each stand includes:

Branded panels x 3
Electricity sockets x 1
Planter + plant
Welcome podium
Document holder

Please note:

- Diamond sponsors will receive a 6x3 sqm stand

- Gold sponsors will receive a 3x3 sqm stand

- Silver sponsors will receive a 3x2 sqm stand

Optional Extras:

- LED screen (£1000)

- Additional branded panels (£500 per double panel)

Please get in touch with MCI to order these optional extras for your stand. You will be quoted for the extra cost based on your requirements.

Audio Visual Equipment Hire

Any additional AV equipment for exhibition stands can be requested directly via Blitz (our preferred partner for exhibition services). All ordering, payment and logistics should be coordinated directly with Blitz.

Tea, coffee and lunches will be served in the exhibition hall from Monday morning refreshments until the conclusion of the Congress on Thursday with afternoon refreshments. All breaks are included for registered stand personnel.

Bubble Food have the sole rights to provide all food and beverages within the South Bank Centre. If you would like to organise catering for your stand please contact Bubble Food directly.

Deliveries and Freight Forwarding:

Southbank Centre is unable to receive deliveries on the exhibitors' behalf outside the contracted tenancy dates. Deliveries made outside of the tenancy will not be able to access the loading bay and will be turned away.

Meritex International Ltd have been appointed as official freight forwarding and site handling agent for IFA 2019 Congress in London.

Meritex International are offering a dedicated door to door service directly from your location to your stand at IFA London and return. We will co-ordinate the safe transport, customs clearance if applicable and handling on site of all exhibition materials.

All exhibitors should be aware of the need for adequate insurance cover. Whilst we take every precaution to protect your property during the event, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. You are also responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditure against abandonment and cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

The deadline for submitting your public liability insurance of minimum £5 million is 1 August 2019.

The Southbank Centre is a Grade I listed building and it is not permitted to add any temporary or permanent fixtures to the surface of the venue. The floor in the exhibition hall is a sprung, wooden floor and no stands can be built without floor protection. The venue facilities team are the only people permitted to mark out the space.

Internet and Wi-Fi:

Venue Wi-Fi will be available to all exhibitors. For additional IT requirements such as wired internet, dedicated exhibitor Wi-Fi or telephone requirements, please contact
